Return POLICY

**All sales of firearms, loaded ammunition and clothing are FINAL. Returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to an FFL are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT. Once a firearm is shipped to the FFL, Shepard Arms WILL NOT accept a return or exchange. Receipt disclosure to include a 30% restocking fee on all NFA items and 25% on all other firearms.**
