OUR WARRANTY POLICY

We have a manufacturer warranty ONLY! 

Under no circumstances shall Shepard Arms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Shepard Arms will not be responsible for the results of ordinary wear and tear, careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or unreasonable use. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

1. Background Check and Additional Fee for Firearms Purchased Online: By purchasing a firearm online through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

   a. Background Check Requirement: i. Prior to shipping the firearm to you, we are required by law to conduct a background check to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. ii. You hereby authorize us to conduct a background check on your behalf, which may include obtaining and verifying your personal information, such as name, address, date of birth, and other relevant details. iii. The background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing firearm sales and transfers, and your eligibility to purchase a firearm will be determined based on the results of the background check.

   b. Additional Fee: i. A separate fee will be charged for the background check, which covers the costs associated with conducting the check and complying with relevant legal requirements. ii. The fee amount will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or during the checkout process. iii. The fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the background check or whether you choose to proceed with the purchase.

   c. Denial of Purchase: i. If the background check reveals that you are ineligible to purchase a firearm or if we are otherwise prohibited by law from completing the transaction, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment, minus the non-refundable background check fee.
