The Turbo T2 has been updated to include the 1 3/8x24 threaded mount on the rear meaning it is compatible with many other mounting solutions and even received an updated endcap.  The notched rim and tri-port muzzle on the T2's end cap add a significant amount of flash suppression over the previous model.
