This is a fully custom, mechanically tuned Remington 870 Magnum Express built as a functional collector piece inspired by the Brotherhood of Steel. Every internal and external surface was addressed for performance, durability, and finish quality far exceeding factory specification. This is a restrained tribute to the Brotherhood of Steel, inspired specifically by Elder Owyn Lyons’ chapter—a period defined by discipline, restraint, and service rather than spectacle.
 
This build was executed to remain fully functional, field-ready, and mechanically correct, while incorporating subtle narrative details through finish, engraving, and material choice.

Subtle engraved tally marks on the opposite side
Finish is satin and utilitarian, not high gloss—intended to look used, not decorative

Post-Cerakote laser engravings, selectively applied
Includes discreet markings referencing Elder Owyn Lyons, placed subtly so they are not immediately visible during normal handling
No excessive text, logos, or forced branding—everything is intentionally understated
